Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Financial Adviser, Insurance specialist to join a well established firm with multi offices in NSW. This is a new role created to support the continued growth of the business.

Large internal support team 500 Client Insurance policyholders Multi-point internal client development strategies The Role - Financial Adviser, Insurance The primary focus of the role is to drive growth from the existing Insurance book and new client revenues in both on-going advice and non-recurring revenues.
Develop advice strategies to key client segments - wealth accumulators, business owners, redundancy, tax effective structures, delivering specialist services in Insurance advice.
Build and develop relationships with the existing 500 strong Insurance clients to enhance the client experience, and collaborate with the wholistic advice team to develop new advice opportunities.
You will build close working relationships with aligned professionals from within the business's existing orbit and by leveraging your own relationships.
The Person A seasoned professional Financial Adviser Insurance specialist, you know how to engage clients and enjoy recognition and autonomy to apply your skills.
Bring your energy, passion and expertise for engaging with and building client relationships. You are a natural Insurance specialist and hunter by nature who loves to lead from the front.
Ideal applicants will have 3 years' experience in a client facing advice role encompassing a broad range of client types and demographics. Additionally, you will have experience working directly with aligned professionals and managing successful referral relationships.
Advanced interpersonal relationship skills, strong analytical skills and eye for detail, client service focus and a genuine desire to help others are a must. High energy levels, new client engagement skills, lateral thinking capabilities and commercial aptitude will be expected.
The Rewards Base salary packages highly incentivised and negotiable from circa $140-150k.
