About the Role This full-time role is an opportunity to deliver comprehensive financial planning services to a well-established client base while actively building new client relationships.
You'll provide ongoing advice, guidance, and support, maintaining face-to-face and phone contact with clients.
Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals, while your proactive approach will drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities Conduct interviews and reviews for prospects and existing clients.
Deliver technically sound financial planning advice tailored to individual client needs.
Stay informed about financial products, services, and market trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with external referral sources.
Meet targets for funds under management, fees generated, new client acquisition, and client retention.
Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, processes, and legislative requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience 3-5 years of experience as a Financial Advisor, with full FASEA compliance.
Proficiency in Xplan and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Strong compliance and technical knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements.
