This role is responsible for providing initial and ongoing personal advice on a fee-for-service basis to our members and clients.Key responsibilities:Conduct financial planning meetings with members who have been referred from Telstra Super Fund, or with existing or potential clients.Formulate and present advice strategies for members on a broad range of topics – wealth accumulation, wealth protection, debt management, budgeting, tax management, social security, and estate planning.Prepare appropriate advice documents including Records of Advice (RoAs) and Statement of Advice with the help of the internal Paraplanning Team.Build strong relationships with clients, become their trusted adviser, assist them in meeting their financial goals, and provide value through professional advice and service.Maintain compliance standards as prescribed by TelstraSuper Financial Planning and FASEA Code of Ethics.Maintain personal competencies and ongoing education.Promote the reputation of TelstraSuper and Telstra Super Financial Planning with members of TelstraSuper and the wider community by providing high-quality Financial Planning advice and service.Identify opportunities to extend the services of Telstra Super Financial Planning within TelstraSuper membership and the wider community.About YouWe are seeking a committed and energetic individual who is passionate about delivering great client outcomes. You will have a proven record of high-quality advice delivery and be confident in articulating the value of advice. You will be a team player who can demonstrate excellent attention to detail, use of initiative, and commitment to providing an outstanding service to members.
