Key Responsibilities: Providing phone-based advice; our clients have access to our services regardless of their location, providing them with convenient, efficient advice. Face to face Advice. Responsible for the initial review of Superannuation and Insurance Advice. Responsible for Annual Review and Ongoing Financial Advice. Support clients to achieve their financial goals and objectives. Support current advisers, paraplanners, and provisional advisers with strategy and decision making. Review Advice and provide ongoing feedback to planners and provisional advisers. Providing ad hoc advice on Insurance, Annual Reviews, Estate and Retirement Planning. Ensuring Statement of Advice documents sent to clients are compliant and contain up to date relevant information with accurate scope of advice. Accurately maintaining client records. Investment Analysis and Portfolio Research as required by Director. Ability to utilise Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, OneNote, etc.). Requirements: Currently authorised as a financial planner and listed on the Financial Adviser Register. FASEA approved with applicable qualifications. Current AFP Check and Bankruptcy Check or willingness to have one completed. Experience in a phone-based advice environment highly regarded. Organised, detail oriented with strong time management skills. Ability to rapport build in a phone-based environment. Strong drive to always act ethically and in the best interest of the client. Self-motivated, very high attention to detail, ability to prioritise workflow and able to work autonomously. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
