The Role Full-time role supporting two experienced Financial Advisers.Timely and accurate implementation of advice documents.Liaise with existing clients and assist with onboarding of new clients.Assist advisers with meeting preparation, research and preparing client review documents.Research and analysis of client's superannuation/investments/insurances.Managing CRM systems.Prepare documents including Fee Disclosure Statements, ongoing service agreements, invoices and other relevant paperwork.Complete ad hoc tasks, diary management and general practice administration.Skills & Experience: 2+ years' experience in the Financial Services Industry preferred.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Understanding of the advice process and investment markets preferred.Experience with Financial Planning software preferred.Detail oriented and highly organised.Results driven with the ability to take initiative.Why us?
