About the role
Our little business is growing and in need of more quality financial advice providers.
We are offering an exciting opportunity to join an established small business with strong growth based in Central Queensland.
We are seeking expressions of interest equally from existing advisers and new to industry advisers (including PY), who have a desire to provide comprehensive financial planning and investment advice, becoming a trusted advisor who will work closely with clients to develop tailored financial strategies that help them achieve their long-term goals.
What you'll be doing Conduct comprehensive financial assessments to understand clients' unique needs and objectivesDevelop and present personalised financial plans covering areas such as investment, retirement, insurance, and tax planningProvide ongoing advice and support to ensure clients' financial strategies remain aligned with their evolving requirementsActively manage client investment portfolios, making recommendations and adjustments as appropriateMaintain detailed client records and comply with all relevant financial regulations and compliance requirementsContribute to the growth and development of the financial advice business through effective client engagement and relationship managementWhat we're looking for Relevant tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or a related fieldExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate complex financial concepts into easy-to-understand adviceAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detailCommitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with industry regulations and best practicesWhat we offer
