Financial Administrator

Prestige Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of our business, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Manage and process all accounts payable transactions, ensuring timely payment to suppliers and vendors.End of Month Balancing: Conduct thorough end-of-month balancing and reconciliation of financial accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Credit Card Balancing: Manage and balance all credit card transactions, ensuring timely payment and reconciliation.Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients, ensuring timely and accurate payment.General Administration Duties: Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and other duties as required.Requirements: Knowledge of Advanced Business Manager: Financial Management Software: Proficiency in using financial management software to manage and analyze financial data.Police Check: A current police check is required for this role.If you are a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
