Financial Administrator

Prestige Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Financial Officer to join their team for 20 hours a week in an ongoing position. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial management software and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable: Manage and process accounts payable transactions in a timely and accurate manner.End of Month Balancing: Ensure accurate and complete financial records at the end of each month.Credit Card Balancing: Verify and reconcile credit card transactions.Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.General Administration Duties: Perform various administrative tasks as required.Requirements: Knowledge of Advanced Business Manager: Financial Management Software: Proficiency in using financial management software to manage and analyze financial data.Police Check: A current police check is required for this position.Prestige Staffing is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment.
