We are seeking a motivated Financial Administrator to join our growing team in Wimborne, Dorset.
Role Overview: We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Financial Administrator who is passionate about working with financial data. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with experience in the financial services sector, particularly if you have a strong interest in data management and Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities: Data Cleansing: Regularly audit and clean financial data on Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance. Financial Record Management: Maintain, update, and manage client financial records efficiently and accurately. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our financial advisers, including document preparation, filing, and data entry. Reporting: Assist in generating financial reports, client documentation, and presentations as needed. Client Liaison: Interact with clients as required, ensuring all communications and queries are handled professionally. Compliance Support: Help ensure all processes are in line with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Key Skills and Experience: Previous Financial Services Experience: Ideally, you will have a background in financial administration or a related role. Salesforce Expertise: Proficiency in Salesforce is essential, with a strong passion for data cleansing and management. Attention to Detail: High levels of accuracy are required, particularly when handling financial information. Excellent Communication Skills: You will be in contact with both clients and colleagues, so clear and professional communication is vital. IT Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other financial software is beneficial. Why Join Us?
