Financial Accounts Administrator

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Financial Accounts Administrator to support our busy and dynamic Finance department. This full-time permanent role works alongside our professional team of accountants, supporting important day to day business activities.
Key elements of this role include:
Manage the day-to-day securitisation accounting program and reconciliations. Support continuous business initiatives. Complete the daily securities reconciliations. Assist Treasury with securities related matters. Accounts Payable invoice approvals. Banking approvals. GST/FBT submissions. Undertake ad-hoc finance projects. Who Are You To be successful in this role you will possess:
Experience in a similar role. Ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail. Computer literate with a working knowledge of accounting software programs Advanced ability in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
