About your new role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accuracy of the organisation's general ledgers and associated reconciliations, as well as maintaining high-quality internal and external financial reporting for the group.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and distribute the month-end Group Timetable Lead a small team of qualified accountants Group consolidation and reporting Prepare statutory/external accounts Management of group trial balances Oversee and lead the team in Balance sheet reconciliation, P&L reporting, cashflow reporting Assist in the annual budget and forecasting process About You
The successful candidate for this role will be someone who looks beyond the reported numbers, has a curious mindset to analyse the data produced. This role will have a high level of exposure to the Executive Leadership Team; therefore, experience managing senior stakeholders is preferred. Experience in an ASX listed environment will be advantageous.
You will be CPA/CA qualified or working towards it.
You will have 5-7 years of experience in a similar technical accounting role.
You will have experience within a fast-paced environment.
You can demonstrate sound system skills, particularly with MS Excel, and have previous exposure to mid-tier ERP systems.
Interpersonally, you communicate in a professional and transparent style and present yourself in a corporate manner.
