You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CFO and Finance Manager.Responsibilities include:Month end tasks, including journals, balance sheets reconciliations, variance analysis, accruals, prepayments and cash flow statements;Daily Bank and Credit Card reconciliations;Assisting with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable tasks;Assisting with preparation of annual budget and payroll budget;Assisting with interim and annual audit processes;Maintaining Fixed Asset Register for asset acquisitions and disposal;Preparing and processing staff payroll, superannuation, PAYG and all other associated payroll expenses and journals;Calculating and processing statutory taxes;Preparing BAS, FBT returns;Grant Reconciliations;End of Financial Year processing.About YouTo be considered, you will be CPCA qualified or studying toward it.
