Paying up to $115K + super.Company Background A successful privately owned business with a portfolio of diverse investments seeks your skills as a versatile finance professional to join their growing team. This business has a history of success and have created a team-orientated, hard-working culture. Reporting to a talented CFO who is a great mentor and coach, you will develop a whole new range of skills in this role. 
They currently have a working from home policy which will apply to this role.
The Role This Financial Accountant role will manage the end-to-end accounts for one of the key assets in the group. Your role will be broad and will involve the following responsibilities:
Oversee the financial management of the business, ensuring accuracy and integrity in all financial records and reportingManage the full transactional accounts cycleMonitor cash flow, manage bank accounts, and optimise working capital to ensure financial stabilityPrepare detailed financial reports, conduct variance analysis, and provide insights to support strategic decision-makingIdentify opportunities to streamline financial processes, implement new systems, and enhance operational efficiencyWork closely with various departments to ensure accurate financial data and timely reportingStay updated on financial regulations and ensure compliance with tax laws and accounting standardsYour Background The ideal candidate's background could include:
