Financial Accountant

Our client in the Health Industry is looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team and work alongside the Financial Controller and other members of the Financial Services Team.
The Financial Accountant will work in the Financial Services Team assisting and undertaking various duties including:
Preparation of external reporting and statutory reporting requirements for various stakeholdersEnsuring the integrity of the organisations accounts and compliance with relevant accounting standards and other requirements.Assist in the managing of the accounting treatment for assets and liabilities including non-financial assets and liabilities.The successful candidate will have: Tertiary qualification in accounting or related disciplineMembership with one of the Australian Accounting Professional Bodies (CA, CPA or IPA)Strong sound knowledge and application of AASB and IFRS requirementsExperience in a similar role with a financial accounting focusExperience using an ERP Accounting SystemStrong financial analytical skills with an ability to problem solveCurrent Police Check, COVID-19 and Influenza vaccination records or willingness to obtainCurrent Working with Children Check - Employee or willingness to obtain.For more information please contact Fraser Kerrins on 5831 5880 or please send through your current Resume with 3 current referees to ******
