Financial Accountant

Our corporate client is a well-recognised household name with interests in a wide range of industries throughout Australia.

A role has come available for a Financial Accountant to work within their resort division.
Reporting to the Finance Manager your role will involve: Monthly P&L statements including journals, costings, and variance analysis Balance sheet reconciliations Fixed asset register maintenance Depreciations, disposals, etc.
CAPEX reporting including WIP, feasibilities, and forecasting Assisting with the budget and forecasting process Assisting with FBT, BAS, and tax returns Assisting with internal and external audits The successful candidate will be a near/qualified CA or CPA with a couple of years of experience within a medium/large business.
You will understand the rigours of corporate reporting and enjoy liaising with people at all levels of the business from corporate head office to site staff.
