About the role: This 8 month fixed-term opportunity is a key role in our finance team, where you'll take ownership of financial reporting and processes for Toby's Estate Coffee (TEC) and Toby's Estate Coffee Asia (TECA). Your responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day accounting tasks, including transactions and reconciliations.Preparing financial reports, tax returns, and supporting audits.Maintaining fixed asset registers and handling capital expenditure reporting.Overseeing cash flow reporting and forecasting.Assisting in process improvements and system automation to enhance efficiency.About You We're looking for someone who brings a blend of technical expertise and a proactive attitude. To succeed in this role, you'll need:
1-2 years of experience in financial accounting.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Intermediate Excel skills; experience with MYOB Exonet and IFRS 16 is a bonus.Excellent organizational and time-management skills to meet deadlines.A proactive mindset, eager to improve processes and work collaboratively in a team.This is a fixed-term, 8-month maternity cover position with a hybrid work arrangement, combining office and remote work. There is potential for the role to be extended.
We will be commencing screening and interviews in December 2024 with a start date of Mid January (or earlier).
