Job Description Reporting to the Finance Manager, key responsibilities will include:
Periodic and ad hoc variance analysis of production areas for winemaking, cellar, laboratory and maintenance.Collaborate on budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.Develop and maintain production labour models.Monitor and report cash flow.Conduct variance analysis and summarise to stakeholders.Manage capital expenditure budgeting and forecasting.Management of fixed asset register.Analysis of production efficiencies and yield data. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate is an excellent communicator and has the confidence to partner with a variety of stakeholders across the business. They also have:
Tertiary degree in accounting or finance.2+ year's in an accounting role in practice or industry.Studying towards CA/CPA qualification. MS Excel skills including use of Power Query, and exposure to Power BI reporting.
