The Role This role is within the Clover Finance Team is an exciting opportunity to directly report to the Head of Finance and work with a vibrant growing team. 
This Head Office role is located in Port Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities; Perform key management role of business Finance FunctionAssistance / preparation in the financial reporting requirements of the group, including monthly management reports to annual statutory accounts, forecasting, budget preparation and financial trend analysisManage cashflow in conjunction with Finance team functionsManage month-end and year-end closure, including management/ownership of general ledger reconciliations (including but not limited to):StockDebtorsCreditorsFixed AssetsAccrualsManagement & facilitation of key external stakeholdersReview monthly/fortnightly supplier payment runOversee & manage various day to day operational functions, including vehicle fleet, international supplier requirements Improve existing ways of working by conducting thorough root-cause analyses of inherent process issues, and engage stakeholders where relevant to enable collaborative decision-making on agreed improvementsAbility to facilitate internal and external auditProviding assistance with stock take, monitor accuracy of inventory/stock reportingAttend to ad-hoc financial accounting related tasks as delegated by the Head of FinanceManagement of team general administrative dutiesAssist the Head of Finance with various tasks as requiredEducation, Experience, Skills & Knowledge;  Minimum 4 years experience within industry CA or CPA qualified Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel, Accounting Softwares (eg.
