We are seeking an Accountant to join the Business and Administrative Services team, providing vital financial support to ensure the efficient management of resources across a leading Queensland based College. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management: Conduct cash flow analysis, maintain reconciliations, prepare monthly finance reports, and assist in budgeting and audit processes. Payroll: Oversee payroll processing, ensuring compliance with agreements and legislation, and assist with leave and superannuation calculations. Finance Operations: Support finance staff, manage internal communication channels, maintain finance records, and contribute to policy and procedure improvements. Compliance & Safety: Promote a culture of safety, ensuring adherence to Work Health and Safety policies.
