You will leverage your client-facing experience to coordinate and deliver month-end processes, report accurately, and ensure client communications and deliverables are handled efficiently.

What You Will DoLead and Manage: Oversee day-to-day service delivery for your client portfolio, ensuring high-quality client experience, and offering guidance and support for Junior Staff.Workflow Management: Delegate tasks efficiently, ensuring technical standards and deadlines are met.Client Communication and Relationship Management: Manage and build client relationships, manage client inboxes, responding to requests promptly and accurately.Financial Reporting: Drive month-end, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and other client deliverables.Client Onboarding: Support with setting up accounting systems and workflows for new clients.Compliance: Oversee Fringe Benefit Tax Returns, audit working papers, and financial statements.Accounting Services: Provide end-to-end services, including bookkeeping, payables, receivables, and payroll.Office Management: Oversee our Gosford Office, coordinating day-to-day operations.Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various other tasks as needed.Skills & ExperienceCPA/CA qualified accountant.Minimum of 5 years' experience managing multiple deadlines and a client portfolio.Understanding of compliance for accounting and payroll in the Not-for-Profit sector is beneficial.Proficiency in Xero, Cloud-Based Software, Microsoft Excel, and Office 365 Suite.Strong dashboard and forecasting experience preferred.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.High level of empathy and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.Collaborative and independent work capability.Well-organised with strong attention to detail, analytical and problem-solving skills, and good time management.Why Join Us?We are passionate about our clients and love what we do.
