The Integra Group is an entrepreneurial family-owned and operated business based in Ballarat, regional Victoria. With a strong family involvement throughout the company and approximately 40 staff, we have operations across various locations in Victoria.
Role Purpose The Financial Accountant will assist with the day-to-day accounting functions and processes of the Family Office and Property Development divisions within the Integra Group.
The role has important hands-on processing and financial analysis requirements as well as providing accounting advice for the management team as required.
It is imperative to the role that duties of the position are carried out in a professional and timely manner, whilst delivering exceptional service and quality output to all stakeholders of the group.
This role has support from the internal finance team and external accountants.
There is substantial scope for future advancement and new challenges as the business continues to grow and evolve.
Primary responsibilities may include: Maintaining the General Ledgers including accurate balancing, reconciliations, and accruals, for a number of entities, including trusts, partnerships, and companies.Cashflow management, including oversight of payments and occasional debtors.Managing BAS preparation and lodgement.Liaising with the external accountant to ensure Taxation and Statutory requirements and reporting are adhered to.Assisting with the preparation of monthly management reports and quarterly board reports. #J-18808-Ljbffr
