We are proud of the 21 million tonnes of carbon offset each year by our global portfolio of renewable energy projects and the people that developed and built them.About the Role:We are seeking a Financial Accountant to assist in the replacement of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This role will partake in the implementation, testing, and training of the systems along with accounting deliverables.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Migration, compilation, completion, cleansing, and validation of data for multiple testing activities.Attending and contributing to project and planning meetings.Reviewing and validating test scenarios/scripts.Participating alongside subject matter experts in workshops to review ERP processes and identify items for training needs analysis.Supporting the broader finance team with ERP knowledge and training.Month-End reporting.Preparation and management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.Skills & ExperienceProficient in accounting systems.ERP implementation experience is preferred.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.Effective time and project management skills for meeting ambitious timelines.Collaborative mindset with the capability to train staff.Degree in commerce, business, accounting, or IT is desired.What we offer:At RES, you can expect to join a warm and welcoming team in a business that wants you to succeed.
