About the Role: We are seeking a Financial Accountant to assist in the replacement of our ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system. This role will partake in the implementation, testing and training of the systems along with accounting deliverables. Key Responsibilities include but not limited to: Migration, Compilation, completion, cleansing and validation of data for multiple testing activities.Attending and contributing to project and planning meetings. Reviewing and validating test scenarios/scriptsParticipating alongside subject matter experts in workshops to review ERP processes and identify items for training needs analysis.Supporting the broader finance team with ERP knowledge and training. Month-End reporting.Preparation and management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable. Skills & Experience Proficient in accounting systems.ERP implementation experience is preferred.Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial reporting environments.Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.Effective time and project management skills for meeting ambitious timelines.Collaborative mindset with the capability to train staff.Degree in commerce, business, accounting, or IT would be desired.
