Financial Accountant/Compliance Analyst

The Fawkner Group is a leading property investment manager. Fawkner Property Ltd, an Australian Financial Services licence holder, operates the funds management  business.  The successful applicant will assist the Financial Controller/ Company Secretary & Head of Compliance to ensure that Fawkner meets its legal obligations including:
assisting with preparation of capital raising documents including product disclosure statements, information memoranda and investor updates. Dealing with regulators (ASIC, APRA, AUSTRAC, ATO) including managing complaints and breaches,  assistance with board meetings and investor relations;  
assisting with the trust month-end processes; 
assistance with banking compliance; and
assistance with Australian Financial Services licence obligations.
