For success in this position, the Financial Accountant and Analyst will have a proven record of working in a small - medium sized organisation or business units, and be looking to drive growth, in collaboration with a General Manager.You can expect to: Oversee the financial accounting function for the CSS Business, including delivery of accurate and timely month end financial results.Prepare high quality and accurate customer, sales and margin analysis, provide insights to variance analysis with insight recommendations to improve profitability.Prepare monthly management reporting pack.Analyse category performance, providing trend analysis and business advice.Use your expertise to enhance month end and reporting processes to drive efficiencies and create better business outcomes.Execute the financial planning processes, including budgeting, forecasting, long-term financial planning, and modelling.Manage external audits, including liaising with auditors and addressing any audit findings.What we need from you:A degree in commerce, business, or accounting.A recognised Chartered Accountant or Certified Practising Accountant.Tenacity, passion, and pace - this is a strong business partnering opportunity and we are looking for the right person to make an impact.Demonstrated experience in financial analysis/reporting within a commercial business partnering capacity.Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of P&L drivers of performance.Proficiency in Excel and knowledge of financial reporting packages.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to liaise with senior management and external stakeholders.Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet conflicting deadlines.Sound Interesting?APPLY NOW as this opportunity won't last!
