About the Role:
As part of the Finance team, this role will provide financial guidance and leadership across the organisation and will support promoting and embodying Intereach purpose, vision and values.
The Financial Accountant is a critical role responsible for the accurate and timely management of financial accounting and compliance for the organisation.
The role will ensure financial integrity and contribute to financial decision-making.
This newly created role will manage financial records, contract management, asset management, and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
This is a unique opportunity for an engaging professional to join our committed, purpose-driven finance team to play a key role in shaping the financial success of Intereach and to have a meaningful impact on the operations of our business.
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in business, commerce, or Finance, preferably with a post graduate professional accreditation with CPA, CA or MIPA.

This is a full-time position and can be based in any Intereach Office.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award with a salary of $106,389.92 per annum + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
