Your why Join our close-knit Finance team to lead an EPM implementation and drive the BAU Change Agenda.
You'll plan, execute, and collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Additionally, you'll develop and implement a change management strategy to drive user adoption and system effectiveness, while utilising agile methodologies to design, test, and implement process improvements across the Finance team.
This role is a 12 month Fixed term position reporting to the Chief Financial Officer.
How you will spend your time Responsible for managing timelines and budget allocation to ensure a successful project delivery Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with IT and Finance teams to ensure seamless integration Responsible for resolving project issues and escalating to project owner for decision Responsible for delivering the finance BAU Change agenda.
Run training sessions to drive change and build a culture of continuous improvement Provide ongoing reporting and executive summary views of our delivery, performance and projections Managing obligations and controls within NAB's and ubank's risk management processes What you will bring Relevant financial qualifications (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) Experience in Finance change and project management E2E system implementation experience, including UAT, SIT, Go Live & Hypercare phases Ability to lead, motivate and influence stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong execution discipline and service mindset that ensures effective and efficient delivery Ability to create clarity out of ambiguity Why ubank?
