The Opportunity: Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer, the Head of Finance Technology Systems is tasked with spearheading, managing, and executing Toll's Global Finance Technology Roadmap. This pivotal role within our Group Finance team encompasses oversight of the current Unibis and SAP ECC6 platforms across 10 countries in the Asia Pacific region.
The role entails leadership in all initiatives aimed at enhancing existing platforms and driving the establishment and implementation of the Finance Technology Roadmap. As a senior leader, this position holds significant responsibility in establishing operational foundations that align with Toll's strategic objectives, ensuring robust financial compliance and effective financial risk management.
This position is integral to Toll Group's global leadership within Group Finance - Corporate at TGL, ideally based in Toll Group's Melbourne office.
A day in the life of a Finance Technology Systems Lead at Toll Group: Build and lead the implementation of Toll's Finance Technology Roadmap.Lead internal and external teams for Project Finance projects. Collaborate with finance leadership team and internal stakeholders (Business, IT, Procurement, Internal Audit, etc.) for coordinated project execution.Build and manage a team of SMEs to ensure system enhancements in Unibis and SAP ECC align with the Finance Strategy.Build and implement different training programmes for Finance community on Finance systems to further improve organizations system capabilitiesPrepare and deliver documentation for PCB and SC approval regarding outcomes and data/information requirements for Unibis and SAP ECC.Conduct regular risk management workshops, PCB and SC meetings; ensure timely follow-up on action items and documentation of approvals.Set up and maintain a strict governance structure to manage project scope, deliverables, changes, approvals, and expenditures.What You'll Need to Succeed: Strong change leadership, collaboration, and relationship-building skills to lead multi-year transformation programs.Extensive experience in large-scale, multi-country corporate environments as a Group Finance Executive.Proven ability to partner effectively with CFOs, Group FP&A, Treasury, and global finance process owners.Demonstrated success in leading diverse teams to achieve high-performance outcomes.Comprehensive understanding of Australian and multinational business environments.Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business or related disciplines.Expertise in collaborating and influencing stakeholders to achieve strategic alignment and outcomes.Drive for exceeding team goals, setting ambitious yet achievable targets.Ownership of significant change initiatives with effective communication and adaptation skills.An ability to travel as required.What moves you?
