You will oversee the transactional functions as well as taking ownership of payroll.
Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to: Managing a team of 4 (AP & AR Officers) Analysing these functions and identifying areas for improvement Handing any escalated AR or AP matters Bank reconciliations Payroll processing for approximately 100 staff with support from HR Reconciling PAYG, FBT, Superannuation and leave Your Background As the successful Finance Team Leader, you will have proven staff management experience and be comfortable liaising with multiple stakeholders.
You should also possess the following: Intermediate Excel (pivot tables & VLOOKUPs) Previous experience managing a team AP, AR and Payroll processing experience Strong written and verbal English communication skills The successful candidate will come from one of the following backgrounds:
