Provide strategic and analytical insights to key stakeholders on all aspects of our transformation initiatives Identify and prioritise strategic transformation opportunities, collaborating with various departments for seamless execution Manage internal cross-functional and external consulting teams to unlock transformational value across all potential areas Establish key performance metrics across transformational projects Manage the development and delivery of performance reports and benchmarking activities Provide essential support to each division/department in refining impactful transformation metrics Cultivate a data-driven culture by employing data and analytical approaches in decision-making processes Lead the planning, implementation, and enhancement of Finance and Operations to meet organisational objectives. Oversee the configuration, customisation, and integration of financial processes within the ERP, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices. Manage system upgrades, patches, and enhancements in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors, adhering to established timelines and budget constraints.
