A growing and profitable consumer products and retail business with an impressive presence in Australia is looking for a Finance Systems Accountant to join their high-performing team. They are a dynamic, market leading organisation that continues to grow successfully through acquisition and organic development.
They are seeking to employ a Finance Systems Accountant who is motivated and passionate about developing their career. This a full-time permanent position.
The Challenge

Reporting through to the Group Finance Systems Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining integrity of the Group reporting systems by: Assisting with monitoring of finance controls and advise governance deficiencies and opportunities Assisting with system administration, including the setup and integration of business unit acquisitions Assisting with the monthly / annual / periodic reporting requirements. Assisting with the monthly/ annual / periodic Group reporting requirements, including: Monthly financial reporting system submissions  Supporting the resolution of issues with business process knowledge and identifying process improvements Providing systems-related training to corporate and business unit finance teams Manage and/or assist with various systems projects Assisting and coordinating systems-related change management processes  Assisting the Group Finance Systems Manager with ad hoc projects and tasks. The Expertise

You are a Chartered or CPA qualified Accountant Have gained 3 - 6 years' experience in a large, complex business within a Financial Accounting position You have strong Systems skills and are interested in pursuing a career in this field Strong communication skills and have proven experience supporting/leading high performing teams The Next Step
