You will be adept at balancing a range of conflicting priorities in a high workload and dynamic environment to ensure efficient and effective service delivery to achieve business outcomes.Key tasks will include:Daily consolidation of cash banking reports from service centres for submission to Armaguard portalProvide advice to the Team Leader on matters relating to system balancing and reconciling items that can be resolved by improving procedures, processes and reporting the functionality of systemsProvide support to the Service Delivery Team in areas of cash deposits, accounting for unders and overs in the service centres, process improvements and resolving banking variancesPerform, validate and checking banking documentationEnsuring the integrity of financial information provided to stakeholdersAbout youThe successful applicant is a well-respected professional with proven experience in a similar setting. Adept at working in a high-volume environment, you also possess stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence and advise team leaders and stakeholders. Above all, you will be highly organised and thrive on process improvement both within the team and across the department.
