You'll be the commercial brain of the company, driving Revolut's business planning process, identifying and measuring growth and profitability initiatives and acting as a strategic partner to key product and regional Heads of Departments.

What you'll be doingHeading the Financial Planning and Analysis team and reporting to the CFO in MexicoLeading strategic and financial planning processes (monthly reviews, forecasts, annual budget, and long-range plan) in MexicoAssisting with decision making regarding resource allocation and prioritisationBuilding and owning financial forecast models, including scenario and in-depth ad hoc analysesHelping department owners and the Leadership team by developing frameworks to gain deep insights into revenue and margins across customer segments and products while comparing performance to other regionsIdentifying, driving, and measuring growth and profitability initiatives, including setting pricing, improving margins, assessing new products and regions, etc.What you'll needExperience in business planning, financial insights, and business casesSolid quantitative and technical skills, including complex financial modelling and data analysis using tools such as SQL and MS ExcelRobust working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting standardsA track record of delivering impressive results in a cross-functional, high-growth, and fast-paced environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsNice to haveDemonstrated experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in retail bankingBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
