The Tasmanian State Service (TSS) is the largest employer in Tasmania, with over 28,000 employees providing services to the Tasmanian community at all levels.The Finance Services Officer undertakes administrative, transactional, and reconciliation processes for the Agency invoices in accordance with relevant service standards, legislation, and Agency policies and procedures.The Finance Services Officer works as a member of the Business Support team and operates under the general direction and supervision of the Team Leader - Business Operations.The occupant of this position will primarily have responsibility for the administration and processing transactions for:Invoices relating to clinical activities for Hospitals South and statewide locum engagement.Staff travel and other reimbursement claims.Details of appointment:Fixed term, full-time, day worker position, working up to 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible until 31 December 2025.*Notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full-time, part-time, and casual vacancies.Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum (Pro rata).
