Specifically, you will: Process vendor invoices in a timely, accurate fashion within the defined procedures.Resolve outstanding invoices with internal stakeholders in a timely fashion.Reconcile payables ledger (both Accounts Payable and GR/IR balances) with vendor statements.Liaise with warehouse, purchasing and customer service regarding purchase order receipt of goods, and any price variances.Deal with suppliers on the phone or via email to exchange information and clarify facts.Control the unblocking of invoices function and reports.To be successful in the above duties, You will have: Minimum 5 years' Accounts Payable experience in a medium to large organisationAssociate Diploma or similar in Accounting desirableAbility to work autonomouslyExcellent attention to detailAbility to build relationships with various stakeholders both locally and remotelyWhat we offer: We believe that our people are the heart of our organisation.
