Ramsay are looking for an individual who can challenge and drive transformational change, seek new opportunities, and has an established understanding of finance/accounting, systems and effective change management.
In the role of Finance Process & Systems Improvement Lead, you will work collaboratively with the wider Finance teams with on-going process and systems improvement, including 'as is' process documentation, designing 'future state' and managing the delivery and implementation.

Your key responsibilities will include:Drive continuous improvement and process evolution across the group to enhance efficiency and / or manage cost saving initiatives.Work collaboratively across functional teams to facilitate resolution to challenges arising due to process change and standardizationDrive consistency, standardization and maximize the use of available technologiesDefine and design; governance frameworks for Finance procedures or policiesAssist in designing and documenting finance processes for projects or transactions as they ariseResponsible for the development of the future state and standard operating procedures supporting process changes within the finance spaceUnderstand the impact of process changes on people and policyBe a change agent by communicating and facilitating process changes including benefits of adoptionAssists with coordinating, testing and implementation of changes, including any cross-functional integrationsImplementation and ongoing maintenance of system configuration and compliance to facilitate smooth processing- e.g.
Delegation of Authority Tables, Vendor Invoice Management Tables, Mapping TablesThe ideal candidate will have the following skills:Qualifications, Experience (5yrs+) in Financial or Systems Accounting disciplinesExperience in a similar role in a large, fast-paced, complex organisationStrong technical accounting knowledgeExperience with process and systems improvement implementation projects, including change managementAbility to understand key business processes, identifying key risk and control weaknesses.Ability to lead, drive and encourage initiative team environmentsHighly developed interpersonal and communication skillsStrong analytical and logical problem solving skillsHigh level of accuracy and attention to detailAbility to set standards, targets and objectives, and then coordinate work plans to ensure success in meeting sameExcellent organization and time management skillsAmbassador for the Ramsay Way and Ramsay Cares valuesEnquiries regarding this opportunity should be directed to:
