The Opportunity Based in Wingfield, SA, the Finance Partner is responsible for supporting and challenging the Commercial Business Partners, and business units they work in, to help drive financial performance improvement. They produce Profit and Loss Statements together with commercial insights that support decision-making and ensure that appropriate accounting standards and company policies and procedures are followed.
Ensure the production and review of periodical accounts and Balance Sheet reconciliations in compliance with Divisional timetables, accounting standards, company policies and statutory requirements. Analyse and review cost analysis covering allocation, cost-benefit, volume, profit, client profitability and life cycle analysis. Focus on effective operational and cost analysis to identify opportunities for improvement. Assist with quarterly forecasts and annual budget preparation. About You Our ideal candidate will be CA, CIMA or CPA qualified (or studying towards) with relevant accounting and commercial experience in a complex, multi-site matrix business with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in the development and monitoring of budgets in a complex business by establishing and transforming operational discipline and processes to drive P&L performance. Financial and management accounting practices. Strong commercial awareness and business acumen. Experience in JDE and intermediate knowledge of MS Suite of products. Tertiary qualification in business, accounting, commerce or relevant studies.
