Role suited to $80-95K plus skill & experience levels Gorgeous, green, light filled office with gym & wellness room Incredible breadth in your role working alongside senior leaders Maybe you have excelled in finance & accounts admin, since recognising your business acumen and career growth interest is across broader operational functions…   Or maybe you've been in a multifaceted accounts, hr & operations style role previously, now looking for the right culture to nestle down in to and call home…  In this professional, creative advisory firm work alongside the  CEO, Director responsible for HR, Office Mgr  and team of around  35 staff  ensuring finance & HR matters are ticking along smoothly from the inside out.

A  gym and wellness room  to help you maintain some balance during the day  Potential for  1-day WFH, a 4 day week, or shorter working hours each day   Tasks you will excel in within this role:   50% of your day spent on  finance & accounts matters  including  reconciliation of accounts, invoicing, accounts payable & receivable, job costing, supplier management, handling insurances and leases  working alongside the CEO  Working with  Xero and Workflow Max  project management software   Handling HR Matters including  recruitment processes, quarterly staff reviews, staff surveys, HR admin, onboarding and inductions etc.
Alongside the  Office Mgr  assist with  level 2 support for IT management  Get to know  s upplier relationships  and admin  workflow processes  developing an understanding of how to add value with process and system improvement    Looking for a company with an  easy-going, open, relaxed & non-hierarchical workplace culture?
