As a Finance Officer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our finance team. Want to know more? Here's what awaits you: Process all customer and supplier credit account applications and maintain register. Maintain master data supplier accounts in SAP. Daily Invoicing of sales orders and uploading to customer portals. Investigate and deal with credit requests and process necessary adjustments. Handle customer account enquiries. Daily processing of customer receipts. Process supplier invoices, within reasonable time frames. Reconcile various supplier accounts. Review uncleared transactions in supplier data. Assist with maintaining our assets registers. Reconciliation of various general ledger accounts. Reconcile bank statements. Process journals. Selection Criteria: Do you have what it takes to thrive in this role? Currently working towards, or pursuing a Qualification in Accounting or Finance, or similar. Experience in a finance or accounting support role. Fast and accurate data entry. Team player attitude as this is a shared work environment working towards common goals. Experience with multi-user integrated accounting system (such as SAP). Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate Excel preferred. A good working knowledge of office procedures, including filing and correspondence, and maintaining electronic records. The ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision.
