About the Role • Provide support for a range of financial transactional services managed by the Finance Officer pool • Prepare and deliver ad hoc transactional reporting, maintain activities or initiatives.
• Act as a point of contact for Finance Partners for escalations and feedback about operational changes  • Prepare timely and accurate corrections to financial records if required  • Actively work towards achieving service excellence and great customer experience  Skills & Experience • Customer service experience - excellent interpersonal skills  • Experience with financial systems for processing and reporting (peoplesoft, Power BI ServiceNow are desirable but not essential).
• Great written and verbal communication skills  • Computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, data processing, financial accounting and reporting systems.
