Finance Officer Hays location Perth. $50 - $54 per hour.
Your new company we are seeking an experienced Finance Coordinator to join our team in Perth. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial role in coordinating, leading, and assisting the team in transactional duties.
Your expertise in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable will be essential for maintaining accuracy and compliance in financial activities. This is a temporary position with a duration of up to 6 weeks.
Your new role accounts Payable and Receivable: Handle invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communication. Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve financial discrepancies, ensuring smooth operations.
Excel-Based Reporting: Utilise Excel for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation work. Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
What you'll need to succeed proven experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable roles. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Excel for reporting and analysis. Ability to lead and coordinate financial tasks within a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
