This is a permanent, full-time role with the added flexibility of hours and remote working days to suit your lifestyle.
Reporting to the Finance Officer Lead, you will be part of a team of 3 finance officers working together to manage our AP/AR, payroll and general finance enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Your primary responsibility will be managing our accounts payable function, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all processes.
Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end accounts payable process, including invoice verification, data entry and coding, approvals, and payments.
Handle high-volume invoicing operations, processing approximately 5,000 invoices per month Assist with debt collection by coordinating recovery processes and managing outstanding payments Provide support to Centre Teams and respond to customer finance-related queries with a service-oriented approach About You We're looking for someone who is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and thrives in a team environment .
With excellent communication skills and a proactive mindset, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our efficient financial operations.
Your Qualifications and Attributes Experience in accounts payable, receivable, or general finance administration within a complex organization.
Strong customer service orientation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail and strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Excel and systems like Pronto.
Positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to new challenges.
