Duties and responsibilities Working with Finance Management and various departments to ensure accuracy of results and provide insights to the businessWorking with various departments to identify business opportunities with key focus on costApprove Purchase OrdersManage the revenue recovery requirements for AUProviding ad-hoc analysis to assist with meeting internal goalsFacilitation of Self audits for the F&A team3PDD & Licence Management requirementsFacilitation and Assistance with random F&A audits to ensure CAP effectivenessCoordination & Ownership of Record Management in AUAssistance with continual process improvements in the Finance DepartmentPrepare and submit yearly Australian Bureau of Statistics Surveys for Business Characteristics and Economic ActivityReview and update company insurancesWorking with other teams to ensure all Balance Sheet accounts are completed correctlyOther ad-hoc tasks as requiredExperience / Requirements Strong working knowledge of Accounting Concepts and applicationsAbility to work under pressure, with strict deadlines and can multi-taskAccounting Degree (is an advantage)Strong analytical skills with keen eye for detailsIntermediate Excel skills (Min: Pivot tables, formulae to assist with data analysis)Good communication and written skillsCan navigate easily between simple vs complex tasksApplicants who are shortlisted will be required to go through a National Police Check prior to the completion of the hiring process.
