Lady Gowrie Tasmania is seeking passionate Finance Officer to work at our Head Office in South Hobart.
Under direction from the Chief Financial Officer and Finance Manager, this position will perform a range of activities related to financial accounting and corporate services.
Lady Gowrie Tasmania is a not-for-profit community-based organisation providing Education and Care to children from birth to 12 years of age.
The role Part-time 4 days a week Located at our Head Office in South Hobart What will you receive? Modern open plan office located in South Hobart with street parking nearby The role you'll play Accounts payable Manage new supplier onboarding process Administration of SAP Concur platform Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records. Monitor adherence with financial delegation and credit card policy Respond to supplier and internal enquiries in a timely and proficient manner Reconciliation of supplier accounts and statements Monitor supplier credit balances and provide support on purchase ordering process Other ad hoc tasks as required in a small team Skills and experience Certificate III, or above, in Finance (or equivalent) 3+ years' experience in a similar finance role Ability to prioritise and manage expectations Ability to work independently and as part of a cohesive team High level analytical skills and ability to diagnose and problem solve Strong Microsoft Excel skills Practical experience with ERP System - Microsoft Business Central (desirable) Practical experience with CCMS System – QikKids or similar (desirable) Tasmanian Registration of Working with Vulnerable People Recent Police Check If this sounds like the role for you, apply now with your Cover Letter and CV.
