The Role
Reporting to the Financial Accountant, this is an exciting opportunity to support the Finance team in processing a diverse range of transactions.
In addition to the standard Accounts Payable/Receivable functions, you will also assist with the acquittal of employee credit card transactions.
Performing these functions will see you constantly communicating and liaising with business divisions to ensure the timely and accurate entry of business transactions.

Our ideal candidate is someone with high attention to detail, who notices the little things.
They respond to peaks and troughs in workflow with flexibility and agility.
They are not afraid to ask for help or to double check something they're not quite sure about.
Utilising their finance experience, they deliver unwavering consistency with their data inputs leading to consistent and accurate reports reaching organisational decision makers.

Essential Requirements Be an Australian CitizenHold a current Australian Government Security Clearance or be willing to obtain oneHave excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skillsA strong commitment to upholding Omni's values and ethical standards.A high degree of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality in handling sensitive informationExceptional organisational and time management skills Preferred but not essential:1+ years' experience in Accounts Payable/ReceivableBookkeeping qualification or intention to completeCredit card acquittal experience
