Salary package: $83,351 - $90,926 per annum plus 17% superannuation
Terms: Full time, Continuing

Position Overview
The Australian National University, one of the World's leading research universities, has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, customer service-focused finance professional to work within the University's Financial Shared Services (FSS) team.
Financial Shared Services provides the University with financial transactional processing including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Vendor and Customer Creation, Payments, Debtor management, General ledger reconciliations, and Asset Management.
The role available is based in the Client Services Team and will play a key role in Financial Shared Services day-to-day operations.
The position provides a range of financial, administration, and transactional support services, whilst ensuring compliance with all relevant University policies and procedures.
Specific responsibilities include responding to service desk enquiries, purchase card administration, and payment processing, with opportunities to be involved in developing simple information and training pieces for our client areas.
Applicants must also be well-organised, have good problem-solving skills, and be proactive in providing high-quality client service.
Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, as is an ability to work efficiently and accurately.
The successful applicant will possess strong analytical and numerical skills, be proficient in Microsoft Office related products, and be able to work effectively in a team.
