CRUX Management Services (CRUX) provide people, compliance, and corporate services to a select number of companies in the disability and child safety sector across QLD.About this opportunity:The Finance Officer provides essential support to the finance team ensuring data accuracy and timely support to the wider organisation.Key responsibilities of this role: Accounts Receivable – Invoicing using industry specific softwareResponsible for debtors collection management and reportingAccounts Payable – Invoice data entryProcessing of bank accounts and credit card transfers, payments, coding and reconciliations using a corporate credit card software platformProcessing and monitoring customer budget funding requestsCost centre allocation reviews and intercompany recharge invoicingAdministrative support for all bank account and credit card reconciliation requirementsEfficient and effective processing of repair & insurance claims in line with policies and proceduresData analysis and KPI Reporting as requiredAssisting the team with any other ad hoc finance duties as requiredTo succeed in this role you will have: General bookkeeping skills and experience (highly regarded)Demonstrated experience using MYOB or similar finance software (highly regarded)Intermediate computer skills, including the ability to use Microsoft Office, email and web-based applicationsAbility to work both independently but also within a collaborative team environmentExceptional time-management and organisational skillsHighly proactive, accurate and detail orientated, with strong analytical and decision-making skillsHold or be eligible to apply for Working with Children Blue CardWhat We Offer: A dynamic and supportive work environment committed to professional growth and development.Competitive salary package.The opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young people in our community.Collaboration with a dedicated team passionate about youth services and making a difference.How to Apply:If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people and possess the qualifications and skills outlined above, we want to hear from you!
