About the Role:
Join a dynamic finance team and play a key role in managing financial operations for multiple entities. Reporting to the Finance Manager in a very supportive team, you'll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting payroll and tax compliance, and preparing end-of-month reports for an interesting portfolio.
What You'll Do: Prepare Financial Statements: Accurate monthly financial reports, bank reconciliations, and journal entries.Payroll & Superannuation: Process payments and ensure compliance with payroll tax and workers' compensation.Tax & BAS Compliance: Manage BAS returns for multiple entities.End-of-Month Reporting: Balance sheet reconciliations, profit & loss statements, and financial commentary.What We're Looking For: 2-4 Years' Bookkeeping Experience: Proven track record in financial roles.Expert in MYOB & Excel: Strong proficiency in both tools.Tax & BAS Knowledge: Experience in BAS returns and payroll tax.Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational and time management skills.Communication Skills: Able to liaise confidently with internal and external stakeholders.Why Join Us?
