Job Description Processing and preparing supplier statements and reports.
Full function Accounts Payable.
Monthly invoicing for clients.
Ensuring legal compliance on all financial functions.
Assisting with month end close processes.
Ensuring adherence to financial policies and procedures.
Process improvements and assisting in implementation of changes.
Using financial software (NetSuite) to perform duties.
Corporate Card processing.
Updating and maintaining daily cash-flow.
The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Officer should have: Relevant use of large accounting systems.
High Volume AR/AP background.
1-3 years in a finance officer / accounts officer position.
Process improvement experience.
A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
Strong ethical standards and high levels of integrity.
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
