QEII Jubilee Hospital are looking for a Finance Officer to join their QEII Jubilee Hospital team.
Provide a comprehensive financial and performance reporting function for QEII Finance, whilst ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, approved policies and procedures.

About the Role Undertake financial management duties including but not limited to assisting with end of month tasks, general ledger account review, bank reconciliations, myHR requests, invoice coding and approval, goods receipting, travel requests, payroll adjustments and maintenance of asset registers.
Undertake management accounting duties including but not limited to assisting with the preparation of monthly internal management reporting including drafting of financial and statistical data against budgets.
Demonstrated use of information technology systems such as S/4 HANA, DSS and Microsoft Office to provide quality support in the delivery of finance related operational tasks and business development initiatives.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge with policies, standards, systems and relevant legislation applicable to the role.
